CGK33 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1. Definitions and Scope of Application

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated:

• "CGK33" or "Platform" refers to the cgk33.top website, the CGK33 mobile app, and all related services operated under the CGK33 brand.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account or is using CGK33 services.
• "Account" refers to the user account registered by the Member on the CGK33 platform.
• "Cash Balance" refers to the actual cash balance in the account available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to bonus credits received through promotions that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to a cash balance.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all CGK33 users regardless of country of origin, method of access, or device type used. In the event of any conflict between the Malay version and any other language version, the Malay version shall prevail for users in Malaysia.

2. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the CGK33 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on any active gambling self-exclusion list in any jurisdiction.
• Not directed by any court or regulatory body to be prohibited from gambling activities.
• Not an employee, agent, or representative of CGK33 or any affiliated company.

CGK33 conducts strict KYC (Know Your Customer) checks to verify the identity of all members. This process includes submitting valid identification documents and proof of residential address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period will face withdrawal limits or temporary suspension.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at CGK33. Holding more than one account — whether under the same or a different name — is a serious breach of these terms.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. CGK33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from sharing your login details with others or from negligence in securing your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify cgk33 immediately via customer support. cgk33 reserves the right to freeze the account for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected.

4. Deposits and Payments

CGK33 accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards.

All deposits must be made using a payment method that on your own behalf. CGK33 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit from an unauthorised source is detected, it will be returned and the account will be suspended pending investigation.

5. Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your cgk33 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 for each application.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method registered in the same member's name as used for the deposit.
• Accounts that have not completed full KYC verification will be subject to lower withdrawal limits.
• The first withdrawal from a new account will undergo an additional security review that takes between 24 and 48 hours.
• CGK33 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, any charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are your own responsibility.

6. Bonus and Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made from that bonus amount.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.
• CGK33 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means or through exploitation of the promotions system.
• Unused bonuses will expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirements are fulfilled, cgk33 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount from the balance before processing the withdrawal.

7. Game Rules

In the event of a dispute or technical error during gameplay — including internet connection disruptions, server failures, or software malfunctions — CGK33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to the account balance. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, use unauthorised third-party software, or exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action including account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.

8. Prohibited Conduct and Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the cgk33 platform:

• Registering more than one account using different names, email addresses, or personal details.
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering through the platform.
• Using automation software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets automatically.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing cgk33 staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Using the cgk33 platform for purposes that violate Malaysian law or international law.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

CGK33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has breached any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• The member was involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal activities.
• The member was found to have used a false identity or inaccurate information during registration.
• Regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies require cgk33 to do so.

If an account is terminated due to fraud or a breach of terms, cgk33 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in that account. For terminations arising from other reasons, any valid balance in the account will be returned to the member upon completion of the necessary review.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting CGK33 customer support. All eligible cash balances will be returned once all conditions have been met.

10. Responsible Gambling

CGK33 cares about user wellbeing and is committed to responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a range of tools to help members manage their gambling habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control the amount of money deposited into your account.
• Session Limit: Control your playtime by setting a session duration limit.

Cgk33's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
